We currently have openings for the following position(s):

  • CNC Programmer (1st shift). This position will write, maintain and troubleshoot CNC programs for multiple CNC machines and work with production to optimize machine efficiency.  The programmer develops programs from specification and schematics or blueprints.  Requirements:
    • Vertical & Horizontal CNC mill Programming
    • Surf-cam programming
    • Matsuura & Makino (up to 4 axis) set, programming from blue print
    • Macro variable programming
    • Close tolerances +/-.0005
    • GD&T knowledge
    • Feeds & speeds, tooling selections & inspection, tooling probes
    • 3D programming
    • Able to work in a very fast paced work environment
    • Specific experience required:
      • 5-7 years programming and running CNC mills and lathes
      • 3-5 years programming experience with surf-cam
      • Proficient in G & M code for Fanuc controls
      • Strong tooling knowledge, with live tooling, mill/turn experience
      • Capable of 3D programming on a 4 axis machine
      • Ability to produce your own fixtures and a strong understanding of work holdings
      • Ability to use a variety of computer software packages
      • Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing tools
      • Previous work experience with AS / ISO quality systems
         
  • Out-plant Process Coordinator (1st shift). Requirements:
    • 3-5 years of experience working with outside process vendors
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and math skills
    • Self-starter with ability to perform duties with little to no supervision
    • Purchasing experience a plus
    • College degree preferred
    • Able to work in a very fast paced work environment
       
  • Quality Inspectors (1st shift). Requirements:
    • Capable of Final, 1st Article, In-Process & Receiving inspection.
    • Strong ability to comprehend complex processes and blue prints (GDT), surface plate and hand tool inspections.
    • EXCEL, AS9100 and Zeiss CMM experience a must.
       
  • Parts Washing Attendant (1st shift). Requirements:
    • Clean parts in ultrasonic water tank and in mineral spirits
    • Dry parts
    • Examine parts for cleanliness
    • Maintain washing equipment
    • Operate forklift
    • Maintain inventory of washing supplies
    • Prior experience preferred
    • Detailed oriented
    • Able to work in  a fast paced work environment
       
  • CNC Turning Machinist (2nd shift). Requirements:
    • Able to set-up on Hyundia (Siemens Control), Nakamura (Fanuc Control) & Mori Seiki (Yasnac Control)
    • Proficient with G & M codes
    • Ability to understand & perform editing
    • Machinist responsible for verifying quality of part
    • Holding standard tolerance of .0005
    • Ability to use Excel a plus
    • ISO / AS9100 experience a plus
    • Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience
    • Technical Degree in machining or related field
       
  • CNC Horizontal Milling Machinist (2nd shift).  Requirements:
    • Utilize Makino equipment
    • Able to set-up on Makino's using Fanuc controls
    • Proficient with G & M codes
    • Ability to understand & perform editing
    • Machinist responsible for verifying quality of part
    • Holding standard tolerance of .0005
    • Ability to use Excel a plus
    • ISO / AS9100 experience a plus
    • Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience
    • Technical Degree in machining or related field
       
  •  Machine Shop Trainee's (part time 20-30 hours per week, 1st and 2nd shift).  Machine shop trainees needed for both first and second shift in our Chaska, MN office. The position will primarily support shop operations by performing various tasks across multiple departments.  Duties may include secondary machining operations, shipping and receiving, tool crib, and special projects.  On the job training provided. Machining or trade school education preferred.
