Jonaco Machine focuses on providing products and services that meet or exceed customer's requirements. This is achieved by absolute conformance to specifications through our quality processes and systems and reinforced by our constant process improvements and an in-depth employee training and development programs.

Jonaco Machine has a fully equipped Quality Assurance department and a Quality Management System in conformance with ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 2004 Rev. B.  We utilize statistical quality techniques to monitor and measure quality at all stages of production.   We capture and supply required documentation beginning with receiving, in-process and final inspection.

Jonaco Machine is ISO 9001 and AS9100 Registered and our continuous improvement is driven by a multifaceted operational excellence program focused around:

  Lean manufacturing techniques
  Six Sigma techniques
  5-S process initiatives

Our Quality department has a variety of equipment that provides customers with the required data, including: PPAP, APQP, 1st Article Reports, In-Process Inspection Data, Final Inspection Reports and SPC requirements as specified. It also assures internal adherence to our quality program as well as our stringent quality goals.

We bring quality consciousness to every part we machine, whether it goes into outer space or inside the human body. Our Quality Assurance standards are so stringent we are a "Dock to Stock" supplier to many of our customers.
