Final Inspector

Jonaco has an immediate opening for a Final Inspector on our first shift. Summary
This position is responsible for performing the final inspection of complex machined parts.
Job Requirements
- Plans and performs final inspection of parts
- Plans and performs first article final inspection and updates
- Compiles all inspection documentation required to accompany shipments
- Initiates Material review when discrepancies are found
- Maintains final inspection files
- Suggests changes in procedures
- Runs CMM Programs
- Assists Set-up and In-process Inspection
- Maintains filing supplies
- Informs Supervisor of gauging needs
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Keeps supervisor informed of known actions written or verbal, which may affect the ability to successfully perform assignments or adversely affect Company operations\
- Provide other support whether apparent, required, or needed
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Education or GED preferred
- 0-4 years experience
Competencies
Physical Demand: Most of the time is spent in a typical office/lab environment requiring the ability to use computer and telephone for extended lengths of time. Occasionally this position will need to stand, reach, bend, lift, stoop, and kneel
Work Environment: Most of the time is spent in a typical office/lab environment with moderate noise exposure. Occasionally this position is require to enter the machine production area with loud noise exposure
